At edwell, Inc., she oversees the organization’s financial and operational functions—ensuring strong financial management, leading budgeting and planning, and driving initiatives that enhance overall effectiveness.

Her career spans deep experience across full-cycle accounting and organizational operations. She has supported audit processes, strengthened internal controls, and led teams responsible for key financial functions, bringing consistency, clarity, and reliability to systems. Known for blending financial rigor with practical operational insight, Kristen helps organizations streamline processes, improve reporting, and position themselves for sustainable growth.

Beyond corporate finance, she brings valuable experience in business advising and nonprofit development. She has supported small businesses, led fundraising efforts, built community and corporate partnerships, and collaborated with boards and executive leaders to align financial and strategic priorities.

Kristen is passionate about empowering others—mentoring teams, supporting community initiatives, and uplifting youth and education. Outside of work, she proudly supports Texas A&M athletics and enjoys traveling with her husband, Scott, and their two daughters
