edwell was founded on one belief: that talent is everywhere, but opportunity is not - it needs to be unlocked. Having 100+ years of combined public education experience, we know the struggle to recruit and retain teachers. That is why we believe so much in what we do.
We champion apprenticeship-based talent solutions that expand pipelines, unlock opportunity, and empower employers to meet workforce needs.
We envision a future where every aspiring teacher has a clear, supported pathway into the profession—and every district has a sustainable, community base of great educators.
