Andrea partners with school districts across the country to design and launch customized Registered Teacher Apprenticeship Programs. She loves collaborating with district teams to build models that reflect their unique context and needs—knowing that each new program will ultimately impact countless students through the teachers it develops.

With more than 20 years in education, Andrea has served as a classroom teacher and held district leadership roles including Director of Talent Acquisition, Director of Curriculum & School Improvement, and Coordinator of Professional and Digital Learning. These experiences fuel her hands-on, responsive approach to helping districts create pathways that strengthen their teacher pipelines and empower educators to thrive.

Andrea is motivated by the belief that every student deserves a highly qualified teacher—and every teacher deserves to be well-equipped and inspired to love their work. Her commitment to building strong, sustainable apprenticeship models reflects both her passion for people and her deep understanding of systems.

Outside of work, Andrea enjoys traveling with her family, working out, and spending time outdoors. Though she loves exploring new places, she’ll always be a small-town girl at heart—happiest with 80s country music, reruns of Friends, and the simplest of days.
