Stefanie Perry

Director of Partnerships and Compliance

Stefanie helps design and strengthen partnerships between districts, employer partners, and higher education institutions to create affordable, high-quality pathways to teacher certification and bachelor’s degrees. In her role, she collaborates closely with school districts to build sustainable teacher apprenticeship models that address workforce shortages while supporting apprentices’ professional growth.

Before joining edwell, Stefanie spent many years as a teacher, school administrator, and district leader, where she gained firsthand experience in supporting educators and improving instructional systems. She later transitioned into the fields of certification and teacher development, leading initiatives that expanded access and removed barriers for aspiring teachers. This combination of classroom, district, and workforce expertise gives her a deep understanding of how systems, people, and policy intersect to create meaningful opportunities in education.

Stefanie is known for her ability to build strong relationships, communicate with clarity and empathy, and balance strategy with hands-on implementation. She is passionate about creating equitable, community-centered pathways that open doors for the next generation of teachers.

Outside of work, Stefanie enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, reading, and traveling. As an empty nester, she’s relishing this new chapter of life and finding joy in both personal growth and the meaningful work she leads at edwell.
